Location
Palliser's 70,000 square-foot plant was built in 1996 and is situated on 40 acres of land in Crossfield, Alberta, a 30-minute drive north of Calgary.
Equipment and Capacity
Palliser employs approximately 200 people and produces in excess of 750,000 FBM of lumber per day and 180,000,000 FBM per year. Palliser Lumber has a broad range of manufacturing equipment, including chopsaws, multiple trim saws, circular resaws, ripsaws and splitters, a planer, a dog-ear machine and a multiple notcher.
